To apply the Full Volume Lash Enhancing Serum, please follow the steps below:

1. Starting with a clean, dry face, apply a thin line of serum to the base of the upper and lower lashes. 
2. Allow to dry completely before applying eye makeup. 
3. For best results, apply twice daily.

CAUTION: Use as directed. Consult a physician promptly if damage occurs, and stop using it immediately. Do not get into the eyes. In the event of direct contact, rinse with cool water. Keep out of the reach of children.
