I’ve already returned my products, how do I get my refund?
If your return has already arrived back at our warehouse, and you’re looking for an update on your refund please email our team so that we can assist you with the status of the refund.
How much does it cost to return my order?
You have two easy return options through our Return Portal! If you choose a refund to your original payment method, a £14 return label fee per shipment will apply. However, if you prefer Glamnetic store credit, your return label is completely free!
